"The Legacy Imprint Journal" is eligible for returns. Please contact thelegacysupport@gmail.com for further assistance
Due to the nature of most our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
- THE LEGACY IMPRINT is not liable for damage or loss during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim.
- If you receive a broken, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please email thelegacysupport@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a clear photo of the item. We’ll review and address the issue promptly.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are not available once an order has shipped.
- Refunds may only be issued if the order is officially confirmed as lost in transit or in cases of shipping errors (for example, a tracked order mistakenly sent untracked).
