Shipping policy
ORDERING PROCESS
- All orders are tracked shipping.
- Please allow 1-10 business before your order is shipped.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking details (for tracked shipping only).
- If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us @ thelegacysupport@gmail.com
- All order are sent through UPS or USPS
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, you may request an address change by emailing us.
- If your order has already shipped, replacements may or may not be possible depending on the items or size of your order. Please email us to discuss options.
- If we agree to reship to the correct address, the customer must repay the shipping fee. Please note, this courtesy can only be offered once per order.
RETURNED ORDERS
- If you believe your order has been returned to us, please contact thelegacysupport@gmail.com with your name and order number.
- If you’d like your order reshipped or sent to a new address, the shipping fee must be paid again.
- If you no longer wish to receive the order, it can be canceled and refunded for the cost of goods only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
LOST ORDERS
THE LEGACY IMPRINT is not responsible for orders that may become lost in transit.
- Our responsibility ends once the package has been handed over to the mail carrier.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to track packages, contact the carrier, or file a claim directly if a parcel goes missing.
- Untracked stamped mail cannot be traced, and we are not liable for lost untracked shipments.
